Proper GT-R racing

The interwebs are filled with comments on Nissan's GT-R and how easy it is to drive. Two owners are tired of this and decide to show us how their races really go down.

F-14 tribute: Twilight launch

And a "launch" it is when you get catapulted of the deck by a massively powerful mechanical sling-shot aided by the full power of your two jet engines.
Amazing tribute video after the jump, and a bonus on-board look at the take-off!

Belgian Air Force F-16

On the subject of things I don't like, I don't like planes either. Default flights take too long, I'm not entirely sure of the
maintenance performed on the bird I'm about to put my trust in (or the pilot for that matter) and the only exciting part not considering
turbulence is the take-off powerup and acceleration. Oh and there are no parachutes and you'll be lucky to get out in the event of an
emergency because panic will take over for most passengers. Contrasted to all those things, is the dream of riding along in a proper jet.
And we have these in Belgium, the video after the jump shows you an F-16 solo display by Commander "Mickey" Artiges of the Belgian Air Force,
pushing himself and his F-16 "outside the envelope".

The kind of boats I do not laugh at

I don't really like boats... maybe that's because one of my ex-whores used to cheat on me behind
my back with some schmuck in a fishing dinghy... Or maybe it's because that's just what most boats are:
Entertainment for people easily entertained. Then I remembered Cigarette Racing and the Miss Geico twin-turbine boat,
these machines have power outputs up to 8000 horses and reach speeds of over 210 miles per hour...
That's close to 350 kilometers an hour on water. It just shows that, wherever there are schmucks, there are people that make life worth
living as well. Now where do I get my boating license??

What is better than one Caterham Super 7 performing a Gymkhana-run?

That's right, 2 Caterham Super 7's performing a simultaneous Gymkhana-run! These guys demonstrate the meaning of "Car Control", sending precise inputs to steering, throttle and brakes to keep the car moving in a manner that can only be considered "beyond the regular envelope". The ultra-light rear wheel driven roadster is the perfect tool for a task like this, after all, it's all about power to weight ratio in the end...

R1-engined Buggy madness!

You take some parts like tubes, seats, a steering wheel, pedals, some wheels and a Yamaha R1 engine, throw them in the blender and boom: The Grooveryder R1 Buggy is born! I feel like I just have to get me something like this!
