Planning a race-winning pass

Elliot Skeer, AkA "The Baby Faced Assassin" (according to some relatively believable sources), was running in second position towards the end of the second 18 lap race this past weekend and realized his time was running out. So he had to make a move, one of those "make or break"-moves that define close quarter combat racing formulas like the Mazda MX5 Cup.
